This weekend I spent the better part of Saturday trying to figure out how in the world to make a blog button. I was determined to not have to pay someone to do it.
Why am I making a button, you ask?
For the Online Silent Auction we're hosting in June!

The original photo was taken at the 3-day closing ceremonies last year. As the survivors walk in, everyone raises a shoe in their honor.
Here's hoping that some day we never have to raise a shoe again!
