Q&A of the Day, October 16th

Happy Wednesday!

Well, I already fell off the daily blogging wagon--sort of.  I missed yesterday's post.  Reason?  I was working on a presentation for a conference that I'm attending.  So I had a good excuse!

Anyway, I'm using this website called Prezi.  Have you seen this?  It's really a fun way to make presentations.  It takes power point to a whole new level.  The problem though, is with the zooming!  You can zoom in and out.  And if you're not careful, you could end up with a room full of motion sick attendees. But it is really cool...and free!!

So, while I work on my Prezi presentation, here's today's question to ponder:

You woke up at __________

Listen.
I don't make the questions.
The Q&A of the Day people did.

I wake up most mornings at 6:45 a.m.
Sometimes on the weekend I sleep until 7:30 or 8:00.
Don't get me wrong.  I miss the days of sleeping until 10:00 a.m..  Oh, how I miss those days.

But.  I'm an adult. With a job. And a mortgage (only 358 more payments to go!).  So I am up early to go "make the donuts".  Remember that commercial from Dunkin' Donuts?

When I was in junior high school we had open lunch (until they built the new jr. high school out in the middle of a field, and then open lunch was no longer an option).  And every day for lunch I would go over to Dunkin Donuts and buy a donut for lunch.

Oh...the days when you could eat a donut and be full until dinner.

Now, when I didn't live 5 miles from work?  When I had my hour commute--one way--to work?  I was up at 5:30 a.m., to be out the door shortly before 6:00, to catch my bus at 6:30, to be to work a little after 7:00 a.m..

So, what about you?
Early riser? Late sleeper? Up early because you have to be?

My alarm goes off every morning at 5:30 am... when I wake up? Sometimes not till I've sat at my desk for a few hours...
