Q&A of the Day, October 3rd...

This last weekend I tackled the task of unpacking my crafting room.  I got shelves to stack all my paper and supplies (that's one downside to moving from the farm....my old crafting room had built in shelves).  As I unpacked the last box, I came to my bulletin board.  This board has been with me for YEARS.  I cannot part with it.

On it are buttons from college, old name tags from conferences, buttons from the 3-day.  It has lots of memories that no one will understand but me.

Also on this board are a small collection of movie stubs.  I have written on the back of the stub who I saw the movie with--which was a fun memory to remember who I spent time with.  Mostly camp friends, but there was one stub from a date with a guy who spent most of the movie on the phone with his ex.  Funny how I let that slide at the time....but it should have been an eye opener.

*shake my head*

Anyway...those movie stubs are a GREAT transition into today's question:

Q&A of the Day, October 3rd...
What was the last bad movie you watched?

So, recently HBO had their "free preview weekend" and I recorded the movie Behind the Candelabra....the story of Liberace. I had heard so many great things about it.

I know Michael Douglas won an Emmy award for it.
But I had to turn it off 20 minutes into it.

But, from the movie stubs I had on my board, I was reminded of some pretty stinky movies that I paid to see:

Underworld

Remember this one?
I went with 3 people from camp and I sat there thinking, "how in the world did I let them sucker me into pay $8 for this?"

Matrix

While I don't have a movie stub for this, I can tell you who I saw it with (the ex) and have tried to get this movie.  I've had friends who have sat with me to explain it.

I. DO. NOT. GET. IT.

What about you?
What was the last stinker of a movie you've seen?

I don't get the Matrix either... I got lost in 2 & never watched 3...

its funny, I watched "Country Strong" with Gwenyth Paltrow. HATED IT... like HATTTEEEEDDD it... but then thought about the music the other day, bought it (on sale for $4) & watched it & LOVED IT... how bi-polar am I?
